B | 伴随降水而来的大风，容易引发植株倒伏，同时可能损毁温室大棚、造成雨水倒灌，直接影响果蔬生产。”宋迎波说，高温高湿环境也容易使农作物病虫害蔓延。 如何科学应对持续降雨形成的农业气象灾害？宋迎波建议，降水偏多地区及时疏通沟渠，确保排水畅通；雨后尽快排涝散墒，降低土壤湿度，恢复土壤通气性，减少根系缺氧时间；受强降水冲刷出现脱肥的地块应适时追施速效肥，促进作物恢复生长。
C | 涝渍过后，容易出现病虫害，需抓住晴好天气喷药防治。 宋迎波同时建议，对倒伏但茎秆未折断的玉米，最好在倒伏后三至四天内扶正培土；棉田应及时整枝打杈，改善田间通风透光条件，减少花铃脱落；果园方面，及时清理落果和断枝。此外，各地要科学蓄水，为秋收作物后期用水做好储备。
D | 国家气象中心相关负责人表示，面对复杂的天气形势，国家气象中心将聚焦秋粮生产关键时段，重点围绕秋粮生长发育、产量形成及秋收秋种全链条开展精细化服务。9月将全面启动秋收秋种气象服务，推动定制化气象信息接入全国农机作业指挥平台，靶向发布农业气象灾害风险预警。同时，加强与农业农村、交通运输、水利、粮食物资等部门会商研判，健全信息共享与联防联控机制，全力保障秋粮稳产增收。
